Under Zambian data protection principles and international best practices, you have the following rights:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can download a data export from your account area where available; otherwise contact us. We will respond within 30 days.
Correct inaccurate information anytime via your profile settings. For data you cannot edit yourself (e.g., transaction records), contact support.
Request deletion of your account and associated data. Note that transaction records must be retained for 7 years per tax law, but will be anonymized. To delete your account: Client Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account (requires password confirmation).
Export your data in a common digital format. Includes profile information, reading history, subscription details, and payment receipts where applicable.
Request that we temporarily halt processing of your data (e.g., during a dispute about data accuracy). Your account will be frozen until resolved.
Object to processing for marketing purposes. Unsubscribe from newsletters anytime (one-click unsubscribe link in every email). Opt out of push notifications in Client Dashboard → Preferences.
Where processing is based on consent (e.g., optional cookies, newsletter), you can withdraw consent anytime without affecting past processing.
